The plane! Reminds me of the galley scene from Ben-Hur (anyone still knows that sword-and-sandal movie classic?). Sitting in a plane watching another about to crash into yours is even worse than seeing another battleship about to ram the one you are chained to as a rowing slave.
Also, the plane pic has eerie undertones of 9/11 to me, i.e. crime and evil, while the others more look like mishaps, or really bad luck.
