Africans didn't colonize Europe due to several factors: Europe's advanced technology, the african's mindset (they were fine the way they were; they felt that everyone could do what they wanted as long as it didn't interfere with any thing they did), and the Sahara Desert which they would of had to cross to get to Europe. Native Americans weren't as developed as the rest of the world because of one factor: isolation. They developed on their own without help or interruption. Every other civilization interacted in one way or another with each other, spreading religion, technology, and agriculture. hope that helps Jesus.

This is not racist. I never get answered properly when I ask people why people in Africa didn't set out and colonize Europe. Or why Native Americans weren't as evolved technilogically as Europe. I'm not sure of the reason for that.
