It might not be fake if someone as frying the nuggets an employee may have slipped it in there when no-one was looking and the person who was putting the nuggets in must have thought there was already the right amount of nuggets in there, and in the box it goes out to anyone. Or might have just been a mother wanting to get money which is probably what everyone in the world wants to do now which is really sad

sooo... i work at McDonalds. 1) they fry nuggets which requires the crew to visually see the nuggets. 2) they package the nuggets themselves which is another chance to visually experience the nuggets. 3) if any crew member found that, it would be brought to a manager right away, and they'd either yell or laugh about it for weeks while trying to sort out how it got there. never would it end up in a fudging HAPPY MEAL - and that head is the size of 3 nuggets. 4 nuggets in a happy meal. if you can't fit in the other 2 or 3 nuggets, THERE'S A MOTHER FUCKING PROBLEM.
